In an effort to streamline and accelerate trouble reports, escalation of complaints, and customer service response, PT Murni is launching its latest Call Center service which accessible 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
The Call Center hotline number 1-500-013 (without Area Code)* can be reached by using both telephone and cellular phone.
In addition to accelerate the complaint and escalation process, the Call Center can also be used to assist Customer in:
- Monitoring the submitted complaints’ status
- Obtaining information regarding PT Murni, such as company information, products, solutions, and services
