Outward Clearing Solutions
SMARTOUTWARD is an Integrated Clearing System covering Outbound Clearing Processes from banks' head office/ branches to Clearing Houses. SMARTOUTWARD processes Automated Amount Encoding and Electronic Clearing Data (with/ without document to follow or with image to follow - cheque truncation) to the Clearing House.
Cheque Book Issuing System
A cheque issuing/ printing application for printing personalisation and encoding the MICR data with MICR Encoder and Personalisation Machines. Furthermore, it produce a report that track all the issued cheque for control and security purposes. The application can be confiugred to print the whole line of MICR from serial number, transaction code, branch code (BSB) , domestic/ account number, extra auxiliary domestic (agent number, serial number) and amount. Whereas, the personalisation capabilites can be configured to print company/ business/ payee name, account title, branch code (BSB), account number, bank name, branch domicile, etc.
