Ben Thorpe, the Managing Director of Glory Global Solutions (Glory) along with Mr. Robert Chahyadi, AVP Branch Operation of Bank Central Asia (BCA) joined the event to share their success story of the implementation of Glory Teller Cash Recycler in Indonesia through a 30 minutes presentation entitled The Next Level of Branch Digitalization.

In this prestigious event, Mr. Chahyadi shared his extensive knowledge and experience throughout seven years implementation of Glory TCR. BCA implements customer-facing TCR known as STAR Teller, where customer can interact with the machine by means of self-service, under monitoring from stand-by teller. This was a breakthrough in teller cash recycler application, as TCR is commonly placed behind teller counter, and also a significant part of BCAƒ??s successful evolution towards digital branch transformation, enabling significant business growth, increased staff productivity, and improved customer experience.

The chairperson of Global CEO Indonesia Foundation, Trisya Suherman, explained that they have a target to establish 500 COVID-19 vaccination center throughout Indonesia in order to reach as many people as possible, one of which is located at PT Murni which is organized by MurniCare, one of PT Murni’s business unit that provide comprehensive healthcare services, including COVID-19 care.

This vaccination program was attended by around 600 participants and able to run smoothly, safely, and properly.

The highlight of the event was the series of teamwork games to increase solidarity, collaboration, and synergy between each member of all divisions.
