Quality Control for Hardware & Software

Prior to implementation on client site, our Quality Control team performs various tests to hardware and/or software to ensure the system is delivered with minimal or no issues.

Tests are including:

Burning test
Performance/Stress test
Running test
UAT
System integration test, etc.

On-site Technical Support

To ensure immediate problem solving, our field technicians are always ready to visit clients’ sites. They are equipped with required tools to perform preventive and corrective maintenance onsite.

On-site Standby Technical Support

For critical projects or corporate clients, we can also provide dedicated onsite field technicians to standby at client’s site, ensuring the machine and system are working properly during business operation.

Workshop

In case of field technicians are unable to fix the issue onsite, our workshop technicians will fix the unit in our workshop facility.

Technical Administration

All the above technical support process will be organised by technical administrator, who is responsible to ensure all services are delivered to the clients properly.
