The Glory KBS-130G Key Cabinet Solution requires user authentication at the time of key retrieval/ return and door opening/ closing using:

Specific Key for Specific User

The Glory KBS-130G Key Storage Solution enables each key to be restricted to certain user(s), ensuring safe and secure storage of, and access to, important keys.

Two-Step Approval Setting

The Glory KBS-130G Key Cabinet Solution can be set to require double approval and verification from both a member of Staff and a Manager prior to removing specific keys.

Alarm Timer Setting

The Glory KBS-130G Key Rack Solution also comes with a time limit on each key to ensure that keys are returned on time. A warning alarm will ring when the key is not returned within the time limit.

In addition, if a key has not been returned, the Cabinet door cannot be set to closed, ensuring that all keys are properly returned at a pre-defined time.

Automatic Recording of User Activities

Key movements from each user can be automatically recorded into a data log*. The information recorded is as follows: when, by whom, and which keys are being removed and returned. Subsequently, the data log which details all records for any given day can be printed for audit trail purposes. *Up to 50,000 records (one key removal & return is considered as one count)

Intelligently Designed to be Highly Intuitive and Informative

Each key holder in the Glory KBS-130G Key Cabinet Solution is individually numbered, ensuring keys are returned to the correct location. A key can be removed when its corresponding light flashes blue. After the key is removed, the corresponding key number remains lit.

Cabinet Status Display

The Glory KBS-130G Key Storage Solution is equipped with a touch screen display to show the cabinet status via the indicator light above the display. The indicator light will glow in an orange colour if a key has not been returned by the pre-determined time.
