We delightfully welcome bank bjb, the first BPD in Indonesia that embraces Digital Branch Transformation by implementing Digital Teller Automation with Glory Teller Cash Recycler (TCR).
As a solution provider, we want to ensure that our solution gives the ultimate benefit to our clients. Hence, we hold training and transfer knowledge sessions for over 50 people from bank bjb management and staff to ensure they have a complete understanding of Glory TCR – how the solution could improve teller productivity, reduce operational cost, and improve the customer experience while increasing profitability.
Moreover, we also gave several additional insights on the Digital Branch Transformation concept and the importance of going digital in this era to stay ahead of the competition.
Thank you to bank bjb for trusting us to be your partner in starting this Digital Branch Transformation journey! We’re always looking forward to supporting your innovation and transformation.
