The highlight of the event was the series of teamwork games to increase solidarity, collaboration, and synergy between each member of all divisions. In line with the theme of celebrating Indonesia Independence day, all staff was provided by variety traditional foods as they were watching their colleagues participating in the games. Hundreds of participants comprising of Board of Directors, General Managers, Managers, Supervisor and staffs from 6 divisions gathered to enliven the euphoria of the event with close togetherness.

At the closing of the event the head of HRD Henny Gunawan as management representative invited all employees to maintain companyƒ??s outstanding achievements that have been made for the last 26 years and empower new spirit in order to make improvement for company sustainability in the future.

ƒ??We believe that individual work wonƒ??t be enough for company improvement, thus collaboration from one division to another is highly important to guarantee that we all can achieve excellence togetherƒ?, she added. The event was concluded with the feast of Nasi Tumpeng, traditional Indonesian cone-shape rice as a symbol of gratitude.
