Ben Thorpe, the Managing Director of Glory Global Solutions (Glory) along with Mr. Robert Chahyadi, AVP Branch Operation of Bank Central Asia (BCA) joined the event to share their success story of the implementation of Glory Teller Cash Recycler in Indonesia through a 30 minutes presentation entitled The Next Level of Branch Digitalization.

As the Exclusive Premier Distributor of Glory TCR in Indonesia, PT Murni has been the full support of TCR implementation, including centralised maintenance service, for BCA is wide branch network across Indonesia since 2013 until current. TCR was initially introduced to BCA as a catalyst of digital branch transformation to overcome the challenges of large daily cash deposit transactions and high branch operation cost. This advanced automatic cash processing technology designed and developed by the pioneer of cash management system, Glory Japan, has successfully accomplished higher business process efficiency, improving the overall customer and staff experience in cash deposit transactions.

In this prestigious event, Mr. Chahyadi shared his extensive knowledge and experience throughout seven years implementation of Glory TCR. BCA implements customer-facing TCR known as STAR Teller, where customer can interact with the machine by means of self-service, under monitoring from stand-by teller. This was a breakthrough in teller cash recycler application, as TCR is commonly placed behind teller counter, and also a significant part of BCAƒ??s successful evolution towards digital branch transformation, enabling significant business growth, increased staff productivity, and improved customer experience.
